"harvey came out to assess the job and explained everything about the job and materials clearly.the quote arrived the following week and although he was extremely busy before going on holiday he managed to fit me in .very happy with the work and also very tidy compared to other workman .i did have a leak when it was really heavy rain and harvey came out within a matter of days had a look and explained that because the house was old the rain was coming through the chimney so he retouched the pointing for free [NOT PART OF ORIGINAL JOB]i have guarentees and the pleasure of knowing a job well done and value for money. i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone .thankyou harvey"
