Tiling a new roof with natural slates, approx 110 square metres, Lshaped with two valleys and one hip.
Jason provided a very prompt quote after visiting the site and discussing options on finishing details, as well as showing a portfolio of his recent work via his ever handy Ipad. The quote was the final price plus a few additions that we agreed during the progress of the works. I would recommend Jason to anyone who has doubts about rouge traders or dodgy workmen. He provides a professional job, takes pride in the finished article and is up front with you in terms of costs, start and finish dates.

A very friendly and professional company, and a change to find a real family firm. They did what they quoted for, and also fixed a couple of other bits on the roof / conservatory while they were there (and offered some advice as well). I will be using them again.

A small leak has emerged at join of main building and newer extension (approx 10 years old). While existing roof not in bad condition there are a few cracked slates. However, there's a missing piece of guttering immediately above the area where the leak is coming through.

We have had an offer accepted on the house, but a full building survey suggested that the asbestos tiles should be replaced. Do you work with any asbestos removal companies? I am trying to get quotes for the job in order to renegotiate the price on the house, and then get the work done when contracts have been completed. Thanks alex

Our house is built around the chimney. Just b4 Xmas we noticed a bulge in the wallpaper. When we stripped the wallpaper we found the chimney damp on three sides suggesting that it has been caused by damp not condensation. Suggestions have been made that flashing is leaking/damaged around chimney as no other damp patches. Large ladders probably required to get onto roof.
