Budget I'm not sure

Job Roof leaking near chimney was damaged during recent stroms. Insurance companyt have asked me to find roofer to fix. Would be good if they also had decortaor who could patch and paint bedroom ceiling. house is 1920's bungalow it has pitched tile roof

Comment The work was supervised by my tenant who tells me JB service was prompt and polite. It is early days so have to see if roof is still leak proof in feb but it does eem to me that a good job has been done. When I had phonne conversations with James from JB he was alweays very helpful Kieran
