Replace two ridge tiles on sloping roof of a 11 year old property.
Good value for money, however the tradesman broke one of my gutters and did not mention this to me. He had however glued it however it was noticable I contacted the tradesman to come back and fix this. He agreed to replace the guttering damaged however he never followed this up with any action to rectify the guttering hence the low quality rating.

There is an old expansion tube/overflow tube that extends from where the hot water tank used to be in the attic going up through the roof. The tank is long gone but the tube was never removed (before we bought the house). The seal around the tube must have eroded as the roof has started leaking. The rate is quite fast. Either the seal needs to be replaced or a new tile fitted.
James called me and we discussed the job. After that he arrived on the agreed time, showed and explained the work that was needed and completed the job very quickly. Throughout, James was professional, friendly polite and honest. I definitely recommend him

Nice guys who gave us a good price and did a quality job. They did most of the job in the first week and just needed to finish off on the Monday. They didn't turn up on the Monday or the Tuesday and I had to call them to find out what was going on. They told me they'd been at a fureral, which is fair enough, but they could at least have told us what was going on. This was a shame because apart from that they were really nice to deal with.

Replace broken/missing slates and clean/repair gutters as neccessary. I think scaffolding will be required as the building is three stories high.
Turned up to look at job and give quote as requested. Gave a quote of �1000 to replace three slates and clean gutters. We eventually got someone else to do the job for �50!!
