Flat roof repair, maintenance and renewal in Bankfoot
"This so called professional outfit caused considerable damage to my property. They have proven to be unreliable, unskilled and dishonerable. Charged £800 (cash), did not use insulation or underlay as agreed, broke over 100 rare scottish slates, did not leave watertight and caused over £2000 worth of damage through water ingress. Came back to make good and made no difference. Even the guttering they put up drains the wrong direction. Left telephone lines dangling over the edge. Damaged neighbours property too. New roof + new decking and redecoration now required. I have sent 4 recorded delivery letters and called many many times, but they refuse to do anything about it, hence why my feedback is so late. I have gave them every chance. My only option left is, regretably, to take to court. If you need a job done correctly then DO NOT use this company. Contact me if you want photographic evidence of the standard of work carried out by this company"

Flat roof repair, maintenance and renewal in Stanley
"Good job. Professional and clearly know their stuff. Not the cheapest quote but was willing to pay for a better and more thorough job to be done . Came back twice to fix tiny issues with no complaints at all. Only slight annoyance was that they discovered evidence of rot while replacing a small section of tiles and didn't alert us so that we had a chance to have it investigated while tiles were off- just told us at the end (bit late then). Admittedly I wasn't in the day they did that particular work. Other than that very pleased with the flat roofing, leadwork etc. Looks great and has withstood the downpours since. Would certainly recommend to others "
