[COMPANY_NAME]. The two tradesmen were excellent. Tony came and quoted for the job, he was knowledgeable and explained clearly to us what the job entailed and the options available to us. They came when they said they would, were efficient, tidy and the job was done to a very good and neat standard. The price was fair and included all materials. Thank you for a painless procedure!

I have what appears to be penetrating damp coming in from a chimney stack. it could due to the tiling but am confident that it is the chimney stack, 1 have a total of 3 chimney stacks which will need looked at, 1 has movment and the other 1 needs what appears to be the exteria lining reset as there appears to be damp there as well. this property is an attic conversion traditional sandstone building, the property is 70% flat roof with an access hatch so please bring a ladder as will make the quotation easier as you will be able to see the problem instead of making assumptions from the ground floor.
