replace sarkin (boards), replace felt underlay, use existing slates on one half of one side of the roof
Craig was great. He turned up when he said he would and the work carried out was above the standard expected. Craig and his colleague worked hard throughout, there was no mess left afterwards and they certainly earned their money. I'd recommend CRL Roofing to anyone without hesitation.

Proactive and got the job done efficiently for me as a landlord who doesn't live near the property. Easy to communicate with and happy with service. I had previosuly tried someoen else who consistently failed to contact my tenant to arrange a quote.

One of downpipes from the roof to ground level is broken at a joint five feet from ground level. Hopefully it can be repaired. Also attention required to downpipe at the rear of the property.
Fast turnaround, good work, helpful advice and other little repair job identified and dealt with, all at a fair price. Will use this firm again. Perth

The plastic section-guttering on half the side of a 2-storey house has come off. It was fixed by nails. (Can't screws be used?) One of the sections has about one inch broken off. I want the guttering replaced and the other half of that side checked.

Semi detached victorian house, need to replace gutters around house. Present gutters are cast iron, thinking of replacing with black plastic.

We have recently bought a new house. Since moving in we've noticed that damp patches have appeared in the ceiling in sons bedroom. The damp patches are close to the edge of the room next to the window. The roof above is part of the main house (not flat). I have had a look up in the eaves but can't see anything untoward or obvious that could be causing the damp. It has been suggested that the damp is being caused by a cracked or damaged tile. I would like to find someone to make a repair and stop water coming in.
