He twiddled the downpipe a bit, and we agreed I'd pay him a nominal sum for his time and to cover the cost of accessing my details, and get back to him if heavy rain showed up any further problems. He was most patient and pleasant over what was a wild goose-chase for him - I would definitely get back to him for any roof /gutter work."
