Three story town house; Rain water pipe to be reconnected to gutter. 5ft Aerial (looks like a four piece pole) to be removed from facade. It has become partially detached from wall. Removal of satellite dish from facade. Cable to be removed from gable.

Replace some leadwork on the roof which has slipped down into guttering resulting in a minor leak. Also, have a small plastic roofed conservatory which is leaded at the edges. There is also a small amount of water leaking into this structure - think leading there also needs attention. Believe a scaffolding tower would be required for access to the roof due to access to the area with the leak being restricted by the conservatory but this may not be the case.
Really happy with the service I have received. I was kept informed through the whole process and the work was carried out quickly and neatly. Would definitely use again. Great people. Thank you

A couple of broken ridge tiles need replacing, plus some broken tiles on another roof. Both are quite low (ground floor).
The only slight hiccup in an otherwise excellent experience was that having provided the quote and confirmed that someone would be in touch to book the work in we heard nothing more until they turned up 3 days later to do the work (which caught my wife a bit by surprise as she wasn't expecting to be in that day). It wasn't a problem and everything went well, just a little shock.

1 Facia is old and needs replacing 4 metres approx. 2 Guttering needs repositioning to a different downpipe. 3 Lead flashing on single storey extension is leeking. Has been glued to wall.
Mathew did a very good job. It was a small job but it was done well, with care at a fair price. I was also given good advise and Mathew obviously knows his trade.

Small approx 120cm x 60cm flat roof above a bay window. Has leaked previously but once a small drainage pipe was unblocked, stopped leaking. Now water passing through the ceiling into the room below when raining despite drainage pipe being unblocked.
Lots of difficulties.

We have a low level extension. Was built before time when eaves trays fitted as standard. Underfelt has sagged in eaves and has deteriorated and been letting a small amount of water into the eaves when raining heavily. Just needs one or two rows of concrete tiles lifting over 2metres or so and repair leak and fit an eaves tray.
I would have no hesitation in employing Rob of RJB roofing again. He was very punctual, did a good tidy job and cleaned up and took away the old materials. Also, his price was very reasonable for the work. I would certainly recommend RJB for any roofing works.

Roof area = 3 x 5m Damp patches on inside walls of rear extension to the house, which we suspect are due to leaking roof. Ladders are definitely required (upper floor roof).
We were very happy with this work. The job was done quickly and to a very high standard. We were fully informed throughout regarding progress and changes to the original plan (something which we particular appreciated). Thanks!

Leaking roof on a block of flats (2 Storeys). Water ingress where two pitches meet. Old fiberglass valley has been replaced with lead and guttering cleared to prevent overflow of rain water. In addition, approx 10Sqm of tiles have been re-laid with some broken ones replaced. Leak is still obvious from inside the top-floor flat but no evidence of rainwater in the loft space has been found. The interior decor is brown stained from water damage in 2 seperate places.

The guttering has been pushed out of line, should be a simple click back in to place job (I'd do it myself but it's too high!) The down pipe has also come away (I do still have it) and needs to be reattached to the upper part of the pipe and to the wall.
