Budget Under £100

Job Couple of tiles have slipped after the snow and left a gap into the loft. Tiles need re-fitting or replacing.

Job Rain coming in through roof ,internal insulation damp and water getting on wooden joist. Internal felt wet dripping onto electrics for one light in bathroom below and blown transformer and fuse.

Budget Under £1,000

Job We need the ridge tiles repointing/cementing on the roof. The roof is on a semi detached house so there are 3 sides that need doing. If scaffolding is required I'd want the price to include that.

Job Small bay on the first floor needs re-roofing and guttering needs repairing/rpleacing.
