"Another thing, when the first guy from Oakwood came out we were actually under-quoted for the job that we were advised to have done to prevent future problems but when we called them out to actually carry out this job they stuck to the original quote given - like I said before, they were here some time so to do this I thought was really really good of them. And upon leaving they said if we had any more problems with it when it rains to give them a call. Great company, great people!"

"I felt totally confident in this company as soon as they arrived. After having a 'cowboy' out who couldn't diagnose the problem, I called Oakwood who came out on short notice. They arrived not only in vans with the company name on but t-shirts too (unlike the 'rogue trader' we had before!) They completed the job they thought needed doing to resolve the problem and advised on what ideally needed doing to prevent future problems. We later called them out again to carry out the job they advised having done and we've had no trouble since. All those who came out to do the job were really nice and they were here quite some time which I knew meant that they were completing the job thoroughly (it was an awkward job though, sorry about that Oakwood!!) Overall though, I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I would have no hesitation in calling them out again but fingers crossed we won't need to!"
