Leak in flat roof over bathroom in property. Am disgusted by the attitude of one roofer and require a professional service
The quality of the work carried out is substandard and not up to an acceptable specification. The promised rectification work has not been carried out by the tradesman and further substandard attempts have been preformed. The materials used making the roof have not been cut to the correct size and sevral peices have been partiatly glued together in an attempt to patch and hide the substandard nature of the work. The joins are bubbling and peeling away from each other after only a couple of weeks.

I have a small detached 3 bed brick built house and want replacement gutters and possibly new soffitts . Although my house is detached my neighbour has built a car port which is attached to my wall, the roof of which I understand is not particularly sturdy. He did a 'quick fix' on my guttering on his side about 2 years ago but the heavy snow has brought down the guttering on the other side now. I have fascias on both sides of the house but no plastic soffitts, so I thought it would be sensible to get both done at the same time. The length of the guttering on each side is about 10 metres.
