did not turn up or contact to apologise at arranged time to view the job. Telephoned the following day to rearrange a visit but told him I was not satisfied and will not be using his service

damp patch in corner of front bedroom
Made contact straight away, came round the next day to quote and did the job 2 days later. Very reliable and punctual, so far had no rain/snow to test my roof! but feel confident in the work they have done.
Very friendly and approachable would def use again and recommend to friends & family.
