It is actually my conservatory roof - one of the glass panels has slipped and there is a 3-4mm gap from the seal and water is getting in when it is raining - I am not at home today, but would appreciate if someone could come out either today after 5:30pm or tomorrow morning - thank you
not at all impressed with this company - unprofessional and having tried several times to get them back to finish the job and give me a receipt for the overcharged price of £100 for 55mins work, I have heard nothing yet - they were 2hrs late (because Donald McAllister had been out drinking the night bfore and didn't want to drive - very unprofessional) and no call to inform me of this - I had to call them - £100 for 55mins work - he said would take 2hrs - my usual roofer has confirmed I have been done here.

I have damp patches either side of my fireplace and they are not consistent with rising damp and too wet to be rising damp. I believe they are coming from the chimney and possibly the lead flashing needs replaced. Looking for a quote to replace the lead flashing. Most of the chimney can be accessed from the roof although not all.
Not only did they respond quickly, they also turned up when they said they would, and did a good job. Sounds simple but often this doesn't happen. Thanks!

Need replacement of slates on a two storey terraced house. Small amount required on forward face of roof but larger patches need replacing on rear face of roof. We also have gutter damage on front of the house which needs repair or replacement.
Clear breakdown given in quote. Work completed to match quote. Both workmen polite and called to keep me informed when they were running late due to previous work on the first day.

Replace front and back cast iron guttering
A top quality job carried out by the lads from Permacoat. When we were given a quote it was a no nonsense, very reasonable quote with no attempt to blind us with science or job creation on their part. They arrived on time and carried out the task of changing the guttering very professionally leaving the place as they found it. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to use Permacoat in the future.

small length of guttering renewed at front but is leaking at bracket and at end. guttering at back is also leaking - might consider replacing with new
Very satisfied with work carried out. Was given 2 prices i.e. cheaper option to repair or the more expensive to replace. Arrived on time and completed the job satisfactorily. Also did a couple of other little jobs as well. Has since phoned to ask if I am happy with the work. Have no hesitation in recommendng this Company and will use again.

Replace any missing broken slates
John did a good job when he was here but like many tradesmen let themselves down with when they are going to be there and communications around this. Just one area I would highlight. Job was clean and tidy and reasonable price. I would use him again.

Water getting in via, I think, chimney flashing. Had a rated people roofer do work on it already, but problem persists and the 'rated person' isn't returning calls. Need someone to take a look and see what needs done. Old building, high roof.

Complete re-slate required of a 3 bed semi detached in Falkirk. The job includes re-doing the flat roof dormers (2 of them) and providing guttering/down pipes. Fascia boards also need replaced, as does flashing. The roof is pitched with the exception of the dormer areas. The chimney also needs attending to. The building is not water tight so we need to make it water tight. This job is a priority so you would need to be available to commence work no later than the end of April and have a view to complete by mid-May.

We stay in a semi-detached house approximately 110 years old. The house was originally a bungalow and now has 2 dormer bedrooms upstairs added by a previous owner. We are having problems with the slates on the dormer at the front of the house with regards to noise levels when it is windy. It is now at the point we are unable to sleep in the room. We would require someone to inspect the roof / slates and suggest a solution to the problem.

I have a couple of ridge tiles that have slipped off after the high winds. Not smashed but hanging over the edge.
