We need a small area of flat roof replaced in Larbert. It's a single storey kitchen extension and measures 4 mt x 2 mt. The felt has been damaged for a while and the wood underneath is wet but I don't know if it needs replaced. There is a single length of independant gutterring and a down pipe that should be ok to leave in place. Probably looking for two layers to be applied.

i was wondering if you could give me a quote on upvc cladding replacing the current wood stuff that is not in good shape, and for cleaning my drainpipes and the roof itself as there is a lot of moss on it.
i think i might also have a leak from the roof that is causing water to come into my kitchen window, but i cannot be sure about this, and would like this investigated also.
