3 bed semi-detatched house. Previous repair around drain vent pipe looks very dodgy including perhaps some damage to the eaves. I'd like a quote for patching up but also a quote for re-roofing the whole lot including felting (as there is none at the moment). Currently it's all original 1930s tiling, the rafters etc. should be sound they have all been treated for woodworm.
