Turned up on time. Seemed very professional. Tidied up nicely after the job was done.
Only time will tell if the leak is stopped!! But there is a guarantee.

First urgent job is to fix loose gutter on small Victorian semi needing clip and possible clearing/check. Roof tiles also need check to find source of damp on two outside walls. Estimate for any further work required.
Bernie inspected the roof properly and found the two cracked tiles missed by other tradesmen. (One of whom didn't hve a ladder, making an expensive quote from ground level. ). He was able to do the job within a couple of days, replacing rotten wood and secured the gutter. Highly recommended!

Cleaning a blockage from a fairly short length of gutter at first-floor roof height
Responded very quickly to the initial enquiry and arranged to call round within hours, so the job was quoted and completed within the same day! The standard of workmanship was good and the price was reasonable. It also helps that Steve is a nice guy! I would definitely recommend.
