We are looking for someone with their own roof ladder to come and re-point our chimney stack as the mortar between the bricks has cracked. We would also like caps fitted on one of the chimney tops.
John came over to quote to re-point our chimney and add a cap. He visited the house at a time convenient to us, and was able to fit us in to do the job very quickly before a larger job started. John's communication with me both before the job and during was excellent and we're very happy with the standard of work performed. His quote was competitive and there were no unexpected 'extras' or overruns. He was neat and reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend him. In fact, we will be using him again soon to do some further work on our house.

I'm not sure
A creeper / vine has climbed up into guttering and on a small section of roof. The creeper / vine needs to be removed from the guttering and section of roof. The creeper is dead and is now just woody stems needing removal. The house is 2 storey victorian semi with a tile roof.

I'm not sure
Main problem is finding where water is getting in. Had remedial work done last year, but roofer honestly couldn't find how water was getting in. Don't want to keep spending money on trying things out to see if they work - but the leak is back! Other roofer managed without scaffolding.
