Victorian semi- house.
Hassle free roofing repair by Neil, he checked the job when I was at work, rang me up to talk th job brought with a quote, started promptly, did a good job at a reasonable price, what more can you ask for.james
no further details really, need someone to come quickly please
Company were very quick to respond and I found them very reliable. We had a slight issue after the job was completed, but Shaun came round immediately and sorted it out. I Would recommend Valley Roofing and would use them again myself.Andy
The company was very professional. They provided a competitive quote, turned up on time and worked very hard in difficult conditions. I would recommend and use PCS again.Ross
I need the guttering at the front of my house replaced. Its only about 5-6 meters long, standard plastic, need long ladder as its a townhouse over 3 floors.
I'd like it elevated a little as it's not flowing to the downpipe on my neighbours property.
good value, it helped that they have their own equipment i.e. scafolding as other quotes were very high due to them needing to hire equipment for the job.
They returned promptly on the Saturday to finish the job and did a good check all round.Winson

My property is a Victorian terrace with pitched slate tile roof. The roof itself is new (less than 15 years, by the previous owners) but has recently let in water in the front corner of the property. This only happened during an incident of very heavy rain.
Also, and at the same time, the chimney at the front of the property is showing staining where water has seeped through the brickwork.
I would like advise on the above and quote for work arising.

I am in the process of buying a house and the building survey recommended some repairs to the small front bay roof. I am looking for a estimate for some repairs to the roof tiling and to replace the metal gutter and down pipe. The surveyors comments are below:
"The front bay has a pitched slate roof. These are very dated and a number have slipped out of place. Furthermore the flashings require attention. We recommend you instruct a contractor to provide a quotation for tor the repair of this area.
The metal rainwater goods to this area should ideally be replaced with more durable plastic fitting at this time. The down pipe to this area has a missing bottom section and this should be replaced to prevent damp ingress to the front bay.
Ideally metal gutters should be replaced with plastic fittings."

I own a rented property in Kingston. Having been to see it this morning, there appears to be a leak coming from the roof. There is also damp appearing on an outside wall just below the ceiling marking. There is clearly water getting in from somewhere!
