Lukasz is a reliable and honest guy. He is prompt and takes pride in his work. I like that he uses video to show his work before and after. It was a difficult job and he did a solid job. I would use him again.

I would like to get quotes for a pitched roof repair:
The property is a 2 bedroom terraced house. 1910 build approx 75sq living area.
The roof covering is in generally poor condition and requires a general overhaul to
deal with defects including slipped, damaged and missing slates.
The rendering to the chimney stack has deteriorated and is fractured, therefore
repairs are necessary. At the same time, it would be wise to check the condition of masonry beneath as well as the chimney pots, flaunching and flashings.
There is evidence of timber rot as well as penetrating damp in the roof timbers, historical evidence of wood beatle infestation.
I would like to get a quote and assessment of work.
1. Scenario 1- retile the roof and place insulation, fix chimmney
2. To redo the roof timbers as well
