renewal of old flat roof on house extension
Valdemar renewed the flat foof on the extention to my house. He delivered on time and within budget.
His workmanship was of a very high standard.
I would recoment him other people, and wolud definitely use his services again .

I have conservatory about 8 years old and the roof has started to leak in several places. The structure is wood and the roof is plastic grooved with wooden supports. I want these repaired please.
This was not a popular job to do repairing leaking conservatory - so they did a good job without any hassle.

We need to replace our old gutters at the front and the back. Our gutters at the front and back are about 5m in length each it goes around bay windows at the front and back. There is also gutter above the front door which is about 2m in length. Not sure how much it would cost, would really appreciate some quotes. Would like the job done asap.

we have a large orange stain develop on the ceiling suggesting rain has made its way either through a loose tile/faulty guttering/flashing - we have tried to identify where the rain is getting in but can't see an obvious problem can anyone help as evrytime it rains the stain gets larger and with more rain forecast - i'm getting a bit concerned !

There was an extension done on our house at the end of 2011. We moved in in April and there is a leak to the dormer roof. There are also some tiles missing over the newly fitted velux window. The original company that did the extension are nowhere to be found so we need this rectified.

A bathroom with a flat roof was added to the side of our house before we bought it. There's a window in the ceiling/roof. Rainwater has been leaking in. We need the source of the leak to be found and fixed. Following on from that, some of the interior plastering has been cracked by the water and needs to be replaced.
