I also need an overview and advice on the flashing around the chimney as the house next door is only detached by around 6 inches and there is a guttering system that is designed to prevent water falling between the houses. I suspect they may be a leak around my chimney which, if possible, I would also like fixed.

The overall area is approx 6m x 2.5m, and I believe that the current surface is bitumen. There is an existing skylight, but we may want this to be replaced.
The extension is to the rear of our house but we have no rear access, so all materials would need to come through the house. This is possible - we have had scaffoldiing up at the back of our property before.
We would also welcome anyone who can also treat and resolve the damage caused by the leakage.

Replace: the main roof, an extension roof

Additional information: Job is to replace the roofing on the back roof (front slope is OK) including replacement of guttering and soffits, plus repair to blown render on side wall and to establish an overhang of the roof line to address the root cause of the blown render. Current covering is concrete tiles which I want to replace with lighter tile/synthetic slate.
The roof has 3 skylights which were installed before we took ownership of the house, so need to ensure their replacement is correctly registered and compliant with building regs.
The blown render sits between roofline and side window (10'x5'), but probably need to hack back a larger section to make totally sound. Access to this section is in a narrow (3' max) side passage between our property and the neighbour.
There are two sections - one is a run of 20ft approx (has two skylights) and a second run at right angles to this which is about 25ft aprox (has 1 skylight)
I am also interested the cost of installing :
- solar PV and getting this correctly connected into power supply with approval from supplier for rebate
- an access door to the loft space from the top floor stair well which may require approved internal adjustments of rafters
