Customer Service - Excellent, Wesley is friendly & helpful and offered good advice. The estimate was detailed and clear. Value - Of the 3 quotes I received this was in the middle. Overall good value. No payment was required until completion of the work. Quality - A professional job completed to a high quality. Tidy and all waste cleared away. I would use Versatile again.

My gutters need looking at. In recent rain I had a leak around my flat roof. Water is collecting on it. The lead flashing needs to be replaced and gutters put in place to ensure water is taken off the roof.
Steve was reliable, hardworking, and did the job as soon as he could. Would definitely recommend him.

Loft conversion so long, stable ladder required. I think water is pooling on the rook and leaking into the ceiling. Need to get up to the roof and see what is going on.
Reliable, did the job but I'm not sure I should have paid £260 for an hours work.

A number of ridge tiles have come loose. None seem to be damaged so can probably be re-used. The number which require work doing to them is unclear.
On inspection all the ridge tiles were found to be loose and needed re-bedding. Chris and his team arrived promptly, did a great job - finishing it, and some voluntary additional work on the chimney stacks, inside a day. I would be very happy to employ him again. Very clean work.

This job never went ahead. P&R Roofing did however make a competitive quote and responded quickly and professionally.

They did a great job in very quick time and even had to drive for miles to get the right tiles for the roof and then got me some spares in case needed them in future...above and beyond i would say! Thanks

Flat roof over bathroom extension is leaking. Plaster inside very damp and also needs replacing.
Prompt and punctual throughout. The work was completed in a highly professional manner - everybody on site worked hard and the job was done in 6 hours. The required materials were brought to site first time and there was no messing and no mess at the end. I am very happy to recommend Neil Fox to anybody.

Guttering at front of 2 up 2 down victorian terrace has visible plants growing in and some rubble from previous roof work. We are looking for someone to come and clear it to prevent leaks
Neil was very efficient and arranged to come round to look at the job the dat after I posted it at 8:00am. He was able to complete the work the following day which was done to a high standard. He also pointed out an issue with our neighbour's guttering and with some work we'd had previously carried out on our roof. All in all a very professional company and I'd have no hesitation in using them again

Two jobs: 1) Inspect and repair front gutter - so far I have identified 3 problems: a - leaking at union piece (where 2 lengths of gutter meet) b - dislodged joint where gutter meets downpipe c- one bracket for the downpipe has come loose 2) Replace 3 slate roof tiles on front bay roof (these are right at the top, closest to flashings) You will need a suitable ladder as the front gutter is above the bay window. I am available all day for you to come over to have a look and would like the job done this week. Thanks Booon
