Job Replace some corner and flat tiles on roof and fix one section of guttering.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Have water seeping into walls under two chimneys; evidence of water seen in loft too. Most likely to be defective flashing. Needs professional opinion and then fixing. Also if ladders/scaf going up, one of the chimney breasts needs repointing - doing this an advantage. The roof is tall for a two storey building and the chimneys especially so.

Comment Of the 6-7 tradesmen we've had through the house in the autumn, CPW Roofing are the ones we have been most satisfied with. Punctual, tidy and good value for money.
