To replace flat roof on a second storey extension.
Would not recommend, after a number of delays eventually carried out the work, which was to replace a flat roof, repoint chimney and replace a few slipped slates.
Completed work, and missed repointing half the chimney and replacing slates, pointed this out, he repointed chimney straight away but said he did not have slates and would come back later in week to finish, stupidly paid full amount start of April and despite numerous reminders have not seen him since (now 4th July).
It looks like I will have to pay someone else to come and complete this small job
Also the guarantee for what it's worth that was promised never arrived.

Water leaking in somewhere around skylights of a flat roofed kitchen extension. Caused some minor (I think) damage inside to plastering and water marks on ceiling. Skylights also seem to lift during heavy winds as small bits of debris found on kitchen floor.
Already had two different people round to look at it, both came to look then disappeared. Looking for genuine company who are certified and can guarantee work (and see the job through!) bit fed up of being messed about.
