Water leak ing in to the loft space from around the Central Heating vent pipe that exits the roof tiles.

to remove existing timber facia & soffit boarding and supply & install new upvc soffit and facia to front and back eaves, aprox overhang 300mm by 200mm high, total length 6m to each elevation.
Plus verge facia 300mm high to side gable of house 10m long with 22.5 degree pitch roof.
Note there is a 3m wide conservatory to rear elevation that will need to be worked over.

Semi Detached house - Ridge tiles are all still in place but along the length of the roofline the cement has burst from beneath and in between the ridge tiles and they may be loose.
I would recommend FP Home Improvements to anyone. Philip called me Monday, came to see me and gave me a competitive quote Tuesday and the work was done on Wednesday. The quality of the work completed is excellent. Thanks again.

New kitchen extension built last year roof is leaking would like one continuous roof on kitchen and garage and get rid of gully. This will require the fall to be changed to run to the front of the house so a little bit guttering is also needed. Plastering required inside kitchen and an island extractor to be refitted.

General repairs to pointing needed.

1) Remove 14 ridge tiles on low-level roof. Refix by drilling and plugging into wooden batten then cement / repoint
2) Possiblke replacement of guttering and drainpipes to high and low level rooves - need advice first

I have a porch which has a flat roof. Last time we had torrential rain/floods the roof leaked and damaged the internal ceiling. The roof isn't very old so I don't think it needs replacing. Due to the direction of the rain/wind I think it could be getting in near the flashing.
