"Turned up when promised, left a major mess on roof, came back and tidied up as job looked unprofessional. Happy now with outcome, however when their work was brought under the microscope, they became inpatient and frustrated. The patch was successful. However it looked extremely untidy. I rang to have them come back and correct the mess. One person was fine with this and promised to turn up on Saturday. I then received a phone call saying that they were starting a new job on Monday and could they come then. I waited in all day monday for them. I then rang to enquire where they were. No answer. I tried all day and no answer until I left a stern message, to my astonishment, my phone rang two minutes later. To follow was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I got nothing but sarcasm and questions as to why I wanted them to come back. "If I come down there now and tip a 45 gallon drum, will it leak, will it leak, will it leak?" Sureley instead of talking to me like a dog as wasting effort lifting that much water up a 30ft+ height, you could fix my roof..... Avoid these guys like the plague. Nice until they've been paid, not so nice when they're fixing their own work free of charge."
