I need the flat roof of my downstairs bathroom extension completely re-done. Including the timbers as the damp has come through and the plasterboard has blown. I would prefer the roof to be fibre glass.
Had the job done quickly and efficiently. The flat roof was in a right state but now I have a brand new fibre glass roof which we are very pleased with.

We have a sloping extension roof which is leaking. It is covered with clear insulated sheets with a door & frame at the end. The extension is approximately 6ft wide x 20/24ft long x 7-10ft high. We do not know where it is leaking therefore we would possibly be looking at replacing the complete roof and possibly replacing the dorr and frame also.
Although we did not use Damien he arrived on the day we asked him and his price was competitive. We will certainly contact him again if we require other works quoting.

I have condensation in my loft. I have only just discovered this as I moved in in August, but only got a ladder long enough recently to take a look. The whole of the loft seems to be covered with polythene on top of the insulation. Obviously the previous owner put this down because of the condensation. I need to know how to ventilate the loft and assume it will mean replacing some tiles with vented ones? Timing: ASAP
Mr Saunders did a good job replacing some roof tiles with ventilation ones. He did the job quickly and was reasonably priced. I would use him again.

Work to be done a) Main (slated roof) 1. Remove slates and ridge tiles and store for subsequent reinstatement. 2a. (If required) (i) Dismantle chimney stack to below roof level and fir in new rafters etc. as necessary. (ii) Provide for suitable outlet for existing boiler flue. OR 2b. (If required) (i) Repoint chimney stack and repair all mortar beddings as necessary. (ii) Check lead flashings etc. and replace/repair as appropriate. 3. Inspect battens and replace where necessary. 4. Provide a secondary rain barrier (semi permeable membrane or whatever). Cost of this to be discussed with client as a separate issue as it is assumed that battens will have to be removed and replaced as part of the process. 5. Replace all fascia boards and barges and repair/replace flashings to neighbouring properties as necessary. Discuss with client relative virtues of using timber/plastic. 6. Roof ventilation is poor as there is no current provision. Provide vents at the base of the roof slope when replacing fascia board. 7. Reinstate with existing slates using appropriate modern fixings. Rebed ridge with existing tiles. b) Rear Flat Roof 1. Remove mineral felt covering to rear extension. 2. Repair, if necessary, supporting structure of flat roof. 3. Inspect and repair structure to guttering system at the pitched/flat roof interface. 4. Reline gutter system and ensure down pipe functioning efficiently. 5. Replace flat roof covering to comply with modern standards. 6. Replace fascia boards if necessary. Wood/plastic?

Small area of soffits brought down in high winds. Looks like it was weakened by birds nesting.
Very quick to come out to see the damage, quoted within an hour and completed the work in less than 48 hours of first contact. Would definitely use again.

Have damp entering bedroom ceiling where it joins chimney breast. Affecting part of wall, celing, and chimney breast internal wall
Steve did a great job, getting in touch very quickly and keeping us up to date as the job developed. Did the job well and quickly and we would definitely use him again. Had to use part of our neighbours drive for access, and caused minimum disuption and cleaned up throughly afterwards. Would recommend.

I have a leak between the sloping roof of my kitchen and the flat roof of the bathroom, also rainwater is running off the main roof onto the kitchen roof and not into the guttering, which adds to the problem. I hope this can be a repair job and not a new roof as the kitchen roof is only a few years old.
