Budget Under £500

Job We live on the top floor of a 2 storey flat - the guttering needs completely cleaned out and the wooden fascia below the guttering has a large hole in it at one point. This has been made by some pesky Starlings to get under the eaves to make a nest. We need the hole urgently repaired. I would try this myself but I don't have a long ladder!

Budget Under £100

Job Approx. six tiles seem to have slipped about an inch out of line during the storm. There is no water coming in but I would like the tiles put back in line.

Job Ladders to get up on the roof and inspect what is happening and effecting the guttering. It is the corner part which I think is causing the problem.

Comment James Lander did a guttering and roof job for us. We found James Lander to be very reliable. He did an excellent job and didn't leave any mess. Only qualm was he had included a water butt in the original job quote but did not deliver and still charged the same. However, I would definitely use him again but would be sure of what was to be delivered in the quote. Mary
