Job Replace section of verge on side of house. Existing verge from gutter to apex in one section requires to be removed, tile spars cut back to allow a baton to be fitted to spar ends. Plastic verge sections refitted to baton.

Job Garage roof has suffered damage from storms. Whole roof needs replacing either with another flat roof or a peaked roof if this can be done without planning permission being required.

Job Cast iron guttering brung down on one side of the house, joints broken and brackets bent on other side. Idealy would like new cast iron gutters and brackets fitted.
