Budget Under £500

Job We have a chimney with four pots. We would like three of these to be sealed and one to have a cowl fitted. There is some minor pointing required on the chimney and some grass growing which will need to be cleared. Also, potentially some repair work may been needed on hip tiles where mortar has crumbled. We also have a small bay window that requires the lead flashing to be replaced, the covering on the flat roof to be replaced and the wood underneath assessing to see if it needs replacing if there has been water damage. The window is 180 cm wide and approx 50 cm deep.

Job renew garage roof which is boarded and felted on top of original glass sloping roof which is aprox 8m long x 2.2m plus an extension to this which is also boarded and felted aprox 2.4m x 2.2m and replace guttering if needed

Job Remove existing felt from concrete side passage and outbuilding (domestic) Replace with high quality synthetic materials flashing to weatherproof jiont to wall Very Approx 15-20 sq mts
