Job Damp patch in front bedroom wall just below coving, damp also visible within loft on a few rafter ends and purling, corresponds with position of external chimney breast. Also a couple of bricks on front chimney stack are 'blown' and need replacing. Scaffold may also be needed as side access is tight (100cm gap between houses)

Budget Under £100

Job felting has come off shed. shed size is 10x6 it has completely ripped off and the shed is leaking. we have lawn mower, tools and bike inside.

Comment I phoned this request through Sunday morning as the felting had blown off my shed roof. I had a phone call back almost immediately and a visit within the hour. The price quoted was very satisfactory and the job completed within a couple of hours. The job was very good quality and satisfactory. The only thing I would have liked the old roofing materials taken away as i now have to go to the tip and dispose of them. Not a bit deal but a bit annoying. Otherwise would definately recommend this tradeer. pauline

Job Traditional tiled roof with a felted valley between two gables, roughly 3m long and about 70cm wide. Roof does not leak in normal weather but when we had a lot of snow last December meltwater got through somehow and soaked rendering on outside and plaster on inside of outer wall.
