Probrably a fairly small job: water has leaked through the roof around what I think is some sort of vent for the loo soil pipe. Water has dripped down into loft space over a period of time so that now noted on bathroom ceiling. Job is to investigate leak and repair please. Terraced house, tile roof.
Came when agreed, assessed and did the work for a fair price. Great.

Drip Flap has part peeled away. Need a roofer to access terraced house roof by ladder (preferably not scaffolding) and do repairs.
Sean and Gavin were very efficient at pre-job quotations and communications. They arrived punctually and did a superb job with the minimum of fuss. Very professional and personable and I would recommend them for any roofing and flat roof work.
