Budget I'm not sure

Job This is a small pitched and tiled roof over an extension. The house is very old (450 yrs) and the roof appears to be of old construction. One oak beam at the end of the roof is worn through woodworm and needs replacing, and a few tiles need repairing in various locations on the roof
