"I was about to go on holiday when the company contacted me but they were willing to do the job whilst I was away. I decided against that but the job was done as agreed on a Sunday when I returned. They seemed really keen to do the job! One small thing stops me giving a 5* rating for value - quote included supply of a new roof tile which I said was not required and price did not change. That apart an excellent job, I would recommend them and use them again should the need rise. "

"Nigel Holland carried out the repair to front and back guttering of my property and within 2 months the back repair had broken down. I have called him on a number of occasions to assist me and he said he would come but never turned up. When I contacted him again he said he had been but both myself and my daugher were at the house all day. He then said the repair had broken down due to my window cleaner, but my window cleaner has never been near the repaired guttering joint as it is situated above a landing window that is situated over the roof of my conservatory. As Nigel now refuses to take or return calls from me I am now persuing this with Trading Standards and will actin my consumer rights through court if necessary."
