"Pete's a 'proper' roofer with great work ethic and an unflappable attitude. Pete quoted for 4 Velux windows which were far from straight forward. He replaced quite a few tiles which didn't survive the job. We were happy to cover the cost of the tiles but Pete never attempted to charge any extra for fitting them 'All part of the job', he said.
