The end has fallen off my guttering resulting in water running down the side of the house. I need it either re-fixing and making water tight or replacing. It is a end terrace back to back house so I am not responsibel for all the guttering.
came and mended the end, but it still leaks where he joined the guttering. Called to get the work fixed but not come back as requested. Left a message and no responce. Seemed good value for money at first but having to have the work re-done with no contact about the problem.

Some concrete seems to have come off from the chimney surround in the high winds. It needs investigating and repairing if necessary.

When raining heavily as is the case at the moment, water is coming through from the extension at the back of the house, into the bathroom, through the space above the window (i.e. coming from directly where the guttering / roof meets through the cavity above the window and dripping into the window sill.
The job was completed really quickly, which was great with lots of water pouring into my bathroom! Carl was really good, came when he said he would and the job was done quickly and to the price agreed. Definitely recommend him.

Small leak in my converted loft, around the edges of 2 velux windows. Need investigating and quote for repair.
Did a good job fixing my leaking roof. Tidy whilst the work was done. Friendly approach. Would be happy to recommend to others and would use again if needed.

Overflowing gutters need clearing out. Would normally do this myself, but my house is a Victorian terrace and pretty tall, so neds a ladder at least 5m tall.
Steve was very helpful and friendly. Efficient and effective in carrying out the job. Would happily recommend to others.

The property is a commercial terraced building on Bradford Road in Leeds. One chimney pot is leaning and needs removing but the others on the stack may also need to be removed. (The chimney pots are not in use) There a leak inside the property in bad weather around the chimney area so the flashing may also need attention. There is also a wooden guttering that needs replacing with a plastic one.
