Good guys, came to assess the job, discovered the problem, came up with a solution and turned up when they said they would to do the work. Would be happy to use again.

Slipped slates on grade II listed building require repair. Small leak. Also flat roof area requires repair. Also dormer window to front elevation requires replacement cheeks. Also access area to the roof requires repair as door does not shut and lets rain in.
Incredibly high price, a few jobs needed doing but the quoted price was just far too high. Very pleasant gentleman though. Did not go with this company.

Job advertised mentioned different issues required fixing, however it seems this company only specialises in flat roofs and refused to quote for other required work. Suggest you check with them if they can do work you require if it's more than just a flat roof not to waste time.

Possible valley repair through faulty lead work.
Quick response to enquiry. Went out to assess within 24 hrs, took photo evidence of issues while on roof to support quote. Did job quickly once assigned and issued invoice with guarantee on works. Since work was done we have had some rain and my problem and the neighbours seems to be resolved. Can't ask for more than that!

Flat roof approx 25ft x 40ft coated with glassfibre type coating. Needs about three sections of deck replaced, plus a complete re-coat of fibreglass.
CNC made arrangements to view the job very quickly after I made initial contact. They arrived promptly at the agreed time and carried out a full assessment. I was provided with a full description of the required scope of work and provided with alternative quotations. Having accepted the appropriate scope of work, arrangements were made for the job to be started the following week. CNC arrived promptly on the day and time specified and spent the next two days repairing and refurbishing my roof as agreed. The work was carried out in a very competant manner and everything cleared away at the end of each day's work. I am very very pleased with the way the work was undertaken and the resultant watertight roof. I am very happy to recomend CNC Roofing & Building

i live in a back to back house in sowerby bridge, which quite high up and is a gable end. The birds nest in the guttering and so has been blocked for some time. It needs clearing to let the water flow down the pipe. the second job is that there is some pointing needing doing on the chimney.
Atkins joinery is fully recomended by me. Very reliable, came when he said he would. A fair price for the job and a job well done. I will be using Atkins again.
