Good size, stone built semi detached house built circa 1860, with three pitched roof. All the ridge tiles are in need of securing / pointing, in addition there are approx 10 tiles which need securing and flattening near the chimney stack following some storm damage, the chimney has been rebuilt within the last 5 years so does not require any work doing. The gutters need securing so that there is no gap between gutter and roof, the guttering does not need replacing.
