To dress the existing lead and perhaps install some additional lead to the leaking areas 2. We will remove completely 2 existing Velux windows and then we will install weatherproof ply. Leaky roof - during heavy rain there is a leak near the window closest to the driveway. I have had patch ups done on this roof on numerous occaisions and am considering replacing the whole roof if this is deemed necessary or patch-up/repair if not.
I received a prompt and comprehensive quote, work was carried out as requested. Karl was always available by text to answer any queries.
