I live in a block of relatively new (completed 2009) flats in Parsons Green. The exterior lock on the front door of my flat (which controls the deadbolt) has recently developed a problem. When the key is inserted from the outside, it spins around and around but does not engage the lock. Sometimes it can take five-ten minutes of spinning the key before it 'catches' and I am able to unlock the deadbolt. From the inside, the deadbolt is quite sticky. I've stopped using it because I'm worried about being unable to unlock it. I also have a minor problem with the lock on my internal bathroom door - it is very sticky.
Unfortunately I was locked out and had to contact a 24-hour locksmith to sort out my lock before Keyworks was able to quote for me. However, I was impressed by their speedy response to my enquiry and would be happy to recommend them.

We have a buzzing in system installed at our offices and would like the latch lock on the front entrance door to be changeds to allow 'on' and 'off' options. In addition, we would like to install an on/off switch for the buzzer.
Kevin made an appointment for a site visit on 29 June, but then emailed to say he had been in a car accident. I have tried to contact Scan Fire&Security; through their customer service department but no one has responded. The work has been given to a different company now.

I have a fault on my standalone domestic Nexus 8 alarm panel which caused it to sound last night. I have managed to disable the sounder, but the alarm is currently inoperable and needs fixing and the original fault needs finding. The system is installed over two floors in a Victorian house with four PIR detectors and one keypad display. The system was installed in 2005 and last serviced then. Ideally I'd like someone to come on Tuesday 15/05/12 at 4pm in the London W12 area.
