We have a relatively new upvc 5 point locking front door. Has worked fine for the last 4 years but recently the lock seems to be "playing up". Tonight i couldn't take my key out of the lock. Eventually, after much wrestling, we managed to free it. Tried another key and the same thing happened. Keys work fine but the lock probably needs a bit of tlc.
We had a damaged lock and within 24 hours Matt had fixed it. Excellent communication and service. Highly recommended.

We have a steel security door with lever lock and latch. The key usually operates both as the external side of the door has no handle. In the last few months the key unlocks the lock but does not operate the latch with 100% certainty!
