Install a new lever mortice sash lock on flat door (there has only ever been a nightlatch fitted to the door).
Engineer drilled lock's keyhole too big resulting in the brass cover not fitted correctly. Engineer put one screw in the plate either side of the door obviously hoping customer would not notice until much later!! Brass plate now needs replacing... unfortunately, can not recommend Evander Glazing based on this job.
