We are moving into a new house on 29 april and would like 3 jobs done on that day - 1. new door lock cylinders added to front and rear doors, 2. key operated locks added to around 6 sash windows and 3. to have a Yale completely wireless HSA6200 Standard (Basic Keypad Operated) burglar alarm system installed.
Rob was prompt and reliable, and had good attention to detail and quality. He installed new locks and an alarm system.

My tenants came home last night and were unable to get in through the gate to the entrance to the flat. When they put the key in, it would only turn halfway and did not open the gate. When they came to take the key out, it was stuck! They are concerned that they do not want to come home late at night and be unable to get in so please could someone come and have a look at it. It may just need oiling - but needs a professional eye to see for sure.
Extremely happy with the speed and quallty of service from this company and will definately be using them again! Would not hesitate to recommend to others, Brian was there within an hour of my call! Thanks a lot!

Hi, I have moved one of our motion detectors between rooms and as a result the alarm it has disabled itself due to an anti-tamper setting. To stop it going off I have had to disconnect the alarm from the battery and the mains. I need someone to come and reset it and to test it. I am also interested in discussing adding a new bellbox to the rear exterior wall of the house. Cheers, Duncan.

Alarm system: Scantronic 9427 keeps going off intermittently
Rapid response, problem quickly diagnosed, and very helpful in explaining options. Actively liaised with insurance company re getting replacement system. Only criticism was in specifying exact details of replacement model system ahead of installation, but not a major issue as the cost was borne by insurance

Danny contacted me promptly, offered me all the advice I required to make an informed decision and conducted the initial survey and quotation to my convenience. Jason has completed the first fix for the initial cabling (2nd fix due post refurbishment of my property) to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!

A friend staying cut the outside alarm (tate) when he accidentally set off the alarm (forgetting the code). The connecting wire is intact, but I beleive the consumer unit/connection box within the outside alarm unit, needs replacing/fixing (according to a mate electrician who knows little about alarms). I live in Kensal green, NW10 and need this fixed asap.
