Replacement of intercom system within a block of 6 apartments including main access door release and new buzzers.
Toby from FT-Tec was great. He arrived on time for the initial quote and answered all questions with knowledge and expertise. The installation process of our new intercom system was put on hold for 24hrs due to an incompetent courier company. This was not FT-Tec's fault, however it did prove to be a hassle. To compensate for the inconvenience FT gave us a 5% discount. This kind of goodwill is hard to come by these days. I would not hesitate to use FT Tec again. We are very happy with he results.

My flat recently experienced an attempted break in and i wish to replace the 3 locks on the front door with new keys for each of them. (1 Yale lock and 2 Chubb locks). The front door may also require some minor repairs. I would also like to look into more secure locks on my back door.
David Sweeney of DPS Locksmiths provided me with an excellent service on very short notice. He has done a fantastic job of replacing my 3 locks and i would highly recommend his services.

I have a dead lock, metal strip along the length of the door with three 4 pronged locks. The door is not solid wood, possibly veneer. My bag was stolen and I need to change the key. I am able to be in my house all day today. I would prefer to have the job done outside of emergency hours as I can make myself available. I have done some ringing around and seem to be getting quotes 150-160 I am on a budget so I am looking for a reasonable quote if possible.

I live in a period block of flats in Canonbury, Islington (N1). There are 3 flats in total (Flat B, Flat C, Flat D). Our existing door entry system is old and no longer works - although presumably the wiring to each of the flats is still intact. We need a replacement system (i.e. front panel and phones in each flat) installed. Thanks.
