House front door lock mechanism faulty so that door cannot be locked / unlocked from the inside. Lock may need to be replaced.
Property is in Isle of Dogs E14 (Canary Wharf)

looks like the spring for the latch is broken and the lock itself is not functioning properly. i cannot figure out the make of the lock, but it has three deadbolts and one hook. the door height is 2000mm or 2 meters. the only lock that i found matching the type of lock is fullex 3 deadbolt.
