Job I have a veritas alarm that won't set and bleeps a number of times. I think it may just need a battery change.

Budget I'm not sure

Job I had a burglar alarm fitted in the house years ago. Have had some electrical work done (new consumer unit) and new kitchen installed recently; now suddenly I cannot press in the numbers to get the alarm to work. Electrician does not understand why it has suddenly stopped working and puts it down to power surges because the electric has been on and off so much over the past few weeks. So I need some professional advice from an alarm person. It is a simple alarm - model 9448 - was put in by Protec Alarms.

Comment Responded really quickly to my posting. Gave detailed advice re possibe costs and labour charges on the telephone. Came out and did the job after giving more advice having seen the problem. Kept to the costs stated - no hidden extras. Comprehensive paperwork given re work done. Many thanks. Jacki
