I was dubious about using an unrated company but Colin was very professional on first contact which was within 5 minutes of posting the job. The house was inspected and he tried to ensure that we spent only what was needed. The price was excellent value. The job was done quickly and very neatly. Very professional to start with, however chaos soon ascended, resulting in postponement of work before being told they day before they had gone bust! Telephone calls were not returned, despite being promised. We went elsewhere.

I have a decent alarm system (lived in property for 18mths) however the alarm bell box on the outside of the property is looking old & weathered (there is also another disconnected box on the other side of the house). I am wanting both bell box's replaced, obviously one will have to be electrically connected to the existing alarm system, the other can remain a 'dummy'. The only info I can give is the panel situated in the garage has 'Concept System Advanced Microprocessor Control' written on it.
