Updated : Our house alarm was silenced before we bought the property. I have spoken to the company and i think the bell outside the house just needs reconnecting. We have reset the alarm inside the house and seems fine, the tamper light is on but think this is because the bell has been disconnected. The company was supposed to come today to reconnect the bell and said they would charge £30 but they haven't turned up. Would need someone to come after 4.15pm or anytime Saturday.
