Simple quick and easy job for someone please. We had a new back door fitted, but the fitter left the alarm block dangling. It needs refitting to the door and surround so that we can sell the house.

Two small pieces of metal dropped out onto the floor and now my front door will lock from the outside but not from the inside
The man from Locktek arrived at the time he said he was going to arrive and he was very professional. He gave a few options on how to complete the job depending on the budget and got the job done quickly and without any mess. He was friendly and gave recommendations on how to improve security but was not pushy. Would definately use him again.

I have a sky netgear router dg934g and a h.264 hexaplex 4ch dvr. I have opened the ports and set up a dyndns host / url , I can see open ports, I do a port check and al seems ok., however I cannot view my cctv online or mobile app, I have done something wrong but just not sure what. my dvr log on screen is visable with from google but cmsplug does not allow me access. I think its very straight forward case of not getting all the connections in the right order. I need someone to set up remote viewing/ email / and iphone access with the right app.
it has been visible in the past to view online, so I know its not the dvr , its just the setting up that went wrong
