I would use Safe Systems Direct again. The engineer was efficient and knowledgeable. His response time was excellent, and he was very considerate of his surroundings (clean, wore overshoes).

I have a veritas alarm (r8?) fitted in my house. I haven't used it for a few years (It was working fine the last time I used it) . I recently tried setting it and it wont accept the pin number. I tried entering the default factory set pin and it looked like that was recognised but I couldn't switch on the alarm. I'm wondering if the combination of rechargable battery going flat and power custs have caused it to reset itself to default factory settings. I would like someone to look at it to see if they can get it working again.
Would highly recommend.
The engineer was very flexible on times to suit me.
Alarm was repaired as requested, he took time out to explain how to use it correctly and the price was the quoted amount

4) 3 x surface bulfhead fittings (2 to side of dwelling and 1 to rear) with energy saving lamps and dusk till dawn sensors , all cabeling to be surface slipped to the external walls.
